Terms of Use - Gusto Table

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Gusto Table mobile application (the "App"), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the App and cease using our services immediately.

2. Description of Service

Gusto Table is a proactive culinary assistant that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate daily recipe suggestions based on your location, weather, and stated dietary preferences.

Cooking involves inherent risks, including handling sharp tools, hot surfaces, and raw ingredients. By using Gusto Table, you acknowledge and agree that:

Allergies & Diets: While you can input dietary restrictions, Gusto Table uses generative AI to create recipes. You are solely responsible for reviewing every ingredient list to ensure it is safe for you and your family before cooking or consuming.
Food Safety: You are responsible for ensuring all food is cooked to safe internal temperatures and handled hygienically.
No Medical Advice: The nutritional tags, calorie estimates, and health benefits listed in the App are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or dietary advice.
Liability: Onat Yazılım Danışmanlık is not liable for any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, kitchen accidents, or other damages resulting from preparing or consuming the recipes suggested by the App.

4. AI-Generated Content

The recipes, tips, and "Lunch Hacks" provided in Gusto Table are generated by large language models (AI). While we strive for accuracy and deliciousness, AI can occasionally produce errors, unusual flavor combinations, or inaccurate cooking times. We encourage you to use your own culinary judgment.

5. Premium Subscriptions ("Head Chef")

Gusto Table offers an optional auto-renewing subscription tier ("Head Chef") that unlocks premium features like the Lunch Hack, strict seasonal modes, and extended history.

Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

6. User Conduct & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App (or older, depending on your local jurisdiction). To purchase a subscription, you must be 18 years or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the App's API or recipe generation systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All original code, design, branding (including the name "Gusto Table"), and UI/UX elements belong to Onat Yazılım Danışmanlık. The recipes generated by the AI for your personal use are not copyrighted by us, and you are free to share them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onat Yazılım Danışmanlık shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
